I just wanted to let you know that I have several personal engagements coming up this month, and I will have subs for the following classes:
Wednesday, September 11th - 7:00 pm Yin Yoga Class at the Harriet and Joe Foster YMCA.
Saturday, September 14th - 10:30 am Yin Yoga Class at the Council on Recovery.
Wednesday, September 25th - 7:00 pm Yin Yoga Class at the Harriet and Joe Foster YMCA.
