Hello yogis,

For those of you who attend the Weekley YMCA, our yoga classes will be shifting time next week to 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. They will also be moved indoors and limited to 20 participants per class, so that people can space themselves out on every other marked floor dot (twice the social distance).

If you’re not comfortable attending in-person classes at this time, please join me on Zoom for our live donation-based classes at the Council on Recovery every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm:

I'm happy to announce that I am now teaching LIVE virtual group yoga classes from the Council on Recovery! These donation-based classes are every Tuesday & Thursday from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm CST via Zoom.

On Tuesdays we have a sumptuous Yin Yoga practice, and on Thursdays we have an enlivening Beginner Level Hatha Yoga practice. Not only can you improve your well-being from the comfort and safety of your own home, but you can also help support a great Houston non-profit organization at the same time - what could be better?!

Here is important NEW information about joining the classes:

Time: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm CST.

Registration: Please register for this program by texting COUNCILYOGA to 51555. These classes are FREE for all to join, but donations are appreciated. You will receive a Pass code and Zoom link 15 minutes before class, an option to donate after class, and pertinent updates about the classes via this text system.
