Hi yogis!

My family and I have completed the big move to our new home in Austin, Texas. As I slowly dig my way out of piles of boxes, I have been missing you and planning our new live Zoom yoga classes.

I am happy to announce that classes will begin on Tuesday, September 7th, right after Labor Day weekend. I will offer Yin Yoga Classes on Tuesdays at 5:00 pm CT, and Hatha Yoga Classes on Thursdays at 5:00 pm CT. There will be multiple options to join in, and I’m also considering making recordings of the classes available to participants… If this is something you think you would use, please let me know?

Dearest yogis,

As many of you may already know, my family is moving to Austin, TX in July. My husband received a wonderful job offer there; and like so many families after this pandemic, we reassessed our lives and decided to make a change.

It is with a heavy heart that I announce this will be my last week teaching yoga in Houston. I want to thank each of you for practicing yoga and meditation with me all these years. I have witnessed you go through great difficulties and great joys, and I am in awe of your commitment to keeping your heart open through your practice. I have heard many sweet compliments about my teaching over the last couple of weeks, but the truth is, there were days when the energy of each of you in class helped to lift me up out of the weather of life into the blue sky of awareness. So who exactly is the teacher here?…

I am looking forward to coming back to Houston a couple of times a year to share new workshops and retreats with you. I will also be teaching live weekly Zoom yoga classes from Austin, both Hatha and Yin Yoga, starting in September. I will keep you informed about live events and Zoom classes through this blog and corresponding email list.
