I want to let you know that I have a couple of personal engagements coming up, and I will have subs for the following classes:
Wednesday, September 25th - 7:00 pm Yin Yoga Class at the Harriet and Joe Foster YMCA.
Saturday, October 5th - 10:30 am Yin Yoga Class at the Council on Recovery.
