I am excited to announce that I will begin teaching Live Zoom Yoga Classes on Tuesday, September 7th, right after Labor Day weekend! I will offer Yin Yoga Classes on Tuesdays at 5:00 pm CT, and Hatha Yoga Classes on Thursdays at 5:00 pm CT.
There are two options to join in: Drop-In Virtual Yoga Classes are available whenever you would like to take an individual class; and Monthly Membership Virtual Yoga Classes are available if you would like to take multiple classes each month. This package includes both the Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga class every week during the month, and recordings of all the classes.
Registration is now open for classes beginning September 7th - I hope you will consider joining me live from Austin for some uplifting and transformational yoga!
