Reparenting

You can think of spiritual practice as a kind of spiritual reparenting. You’re offering yourself the two qualities that make up good parenting: understanding, seeing yourself for who you truly are, and relating to what you see with unconditional love.

Happy Holidays Yogis!

This time of year it’s easy to get caught up in the busyness of the season, and lose track of what is most important and sacred about the holidays.  I invite you to de-stress and reconnect with our weekly Live Zoom Yoga Classes from Austin!  I offer Taoist Yin Yoga Classes on Tuesdays at 5:00 pm CT, and Classical Hatha Yoga Classes on Thursdays at 5:00 pm CT.

There are two ways to join in: Drop-In Virtual Yoga Classes are available whenever you would like to take an individual class, (or purchase a few and take them anytime over a 60-day period!); and Monthly Membership Virtual Yoga Classes are available if you are interested in taking multiple classes each month. This special class package includes both the Tuesday and the Thursday Yoga classes every week throughout the month, and recordings of all the classes.

I hope you will join me for these insightful and beneficial practices.  I wish you and yours all the best over this holiday season!

Namaste,
Dominique
