I’m very happy to let you know that I have been recalled by the YMCA of Houston to begin teaching outdoor yoga classes June 1st at the Weekley Family YMCA! The Y has put in place CDC and state Covid-19 policies to help keep members and staff safe. Each member will have to register online for the class they wish to attend. Starting June 1st, my new schedule is Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15 pm - 6:45 pm at Weekley Family YMCA. I’m told each facility will slowly add classes as conditions allow.
As I transition back to work, I will be slowing down the pace of my YouTube videos to a new release each month. I hope these free practices have helped to provide you with some continuity and solace over the last couple of months. I look forward to seeing you in person soon, as we find our “middle path” through the new normal.
