Compassion

Compassion does not mean we don’t act, it means we don’t hate.

Happy new year yogis!

I received an email over the holiday from Weekley Family YMCA letting me know that in fact we are moving back to the Yoga Studio starting Monday, January 4th. I will also be starting my new 4:30 pm Yin Yoga Class at Weekley Y on that day. Each class has an maximum capacity of 20 people. We will still maintain social distancing and other safety measures.

Over the difficult year of 2020, I started a YouTube Channel posting weekly, and then monthly yoga practice videos to try to help folks (including myself) maintain their health and sanity (?!). With a vaccine on the horizon, and our schedules getting back to some kind of normal, in 2021 I will be re-posting useful yoga videos from 2020 each month, along with new content comprised of meditations and special event yoga practices. This month’s video offering is on connecting with our innate foundation of security.

Finally, I will be teaching an engaging livestream Zoom event, the Sacred Reality Virtual Yoga Workshop, on Saturday, February 20th, 2021. I have included details below - I hope you will join me!

Namaste,

Dominique
