I’m happy to announce I will be adding a Yin Yoga Class to my schedule at Weekley Family YMCA on Mondays at 4:30 pm starting December 7th! Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative form of yoga which uses long-held poses to stretch the connective tissue in the body improving flexibility, circulation and energy flow. This new class should be added to the YMCA reservation system on Monday. All of Weekley Y’s yoga classes will be moving from the gym to the group exercise room starting next week. I hope to see you there!
