Hi yogis,
There has been a change to the yoga class schedule I announced last week at Weekley YMCA by the Healthy Living Director. We will remain in the Gym until January for our Monday and Wednesday 5:30 pm Hatha Yoga Class. The new Yin Yoga Class at Weekley Y, scheduled for Mondays at 4:30 pm, will not begin until January. Please stay tuned for further details in January 2021! We sincerely apologize for the last minute change.
