Our Enlightened Living Yoga & Meditation Retreat is right around the corner - March 13th - 15th! I am happy to report that we are nearly sold out, but we do have a couple of on-site accommodation spaces left for any gentlemen who would like to join us for the Complete Weekend, as well as a few Day Passes. Give yourself a day or a weekend to reconnect, learn and grow in nature this spring!
Due to the retreat, the Saturday, March 14th 10:30 am Yin Yoga Class at the Council on Recovery is cancelled next week. Also, I will be taking a personal day on Monday, March 16th, and will have substitutes teaching my classes at the Weekley Family YMCA and the Harriet and Joe Foster YMCA.
